Make Your Home Easier to Sell – Less Is Best

A home inspection is only a general assessment of the property and is not totally conclusive. Your main goal as the Seller is to resolve and/or eliminate as many issues that the Buyer’s inspection may reveal during their Option Period.

As the Seller, you should maximize the marketability of your home by conducting a “Pre-Sales Inspection”. This allows you the opportunity to substantially minimize any repairs or alterations that may affect the salability of your home during the “Termination Option” period outlined in your contract. Your buyer will feel more confident about purchasing your home, and you’ll both avoid pre-closing issues by identifying and resolving the issues before they ever have a chance to be noticed.

Your report improves your listing as it is a detailed is comprehensive, report including such items as:

Roof
Exterior home components
Electrical Systems
Foundation - Interior and Exterior
Heating/Air Conditioning Systems
Plumbing Systems, Septic Systems
Attic/Basement/Crawl Space
Room-by-Room Review
... and more
